I call it “Coastal Treasure” – beautiful pieces of sea glass and pottery, that have tumbled in the seas of the West Coast of Scotland , are turned into pictures you can treasure. Delicate and fresh colours in a stand-out white frame or grey coastal style frame.

I can make to order and have so far been able to deal with most requests! Always looking for a challenge!

Some special commissions

A particular favourite for customers is having their dogs name in the picture. However, most pictures can be customised to suit names, dates etc.

MY STORY

Nine years ago I was walking along the shores of the Cowal Peninsula with my dear dog, Kasi. I often used to pick up pieces of sea glass, shells etc. However, this time when I looked at the glass it seemed to me to be in the shape of a bird. I decided to try and make something with it and the rest is history!

I went on to sell in shops, galleries and craft fairs but most of my work comes by word of mouth. Over the last 9 years, I have sold over a thousand pictures – very many hours of collecting glass, searching for suitable shapes and designing but most enjoyable work!

The pictures can be personalised and I can make them to suit most occasions.

I use sea glass, shells, driftwood, pebbles and sea pottery and turn them into keepsakes. Please do get in touch if you would like something quite unique!
